Wii Fit Plus Question
I got my Wii Fit about 2 months ago. I really loved it at first. Now, I really don't get a very good workout at all. All I do any more with it are the body tests. Is there a different calorie intake if you cook eggs differently. For example, scrambled vs. over easy? Which has more calories? I am in a weird place.
I have lost exactly 65lbs as of this morning. I am very happy about that, but I am finding myself getting relaxed. I started off almost 5 months ago so head strong because I had let myself go so bad. How do I stay motivated? I don't want to cut back. Any ideas?
