How long did it take you to lose 25 pounds?
Obviously, I know weight loss varies from person to person in terms of how fast one loses weight, and losing too fast can be a bit unhealthy. But out of curiosity, how long has it taken all of you out there to lose 25 lbs?

Realistic Loss Goal in 3 Months - 5'5 ladies
Hi, Getting married June 21 - so that gives me about three months to lose some weight. I am 5'5 1/2 and currently at about the 200 lb mark - and sticking to 1200 calories a week (with one cheat meal allowed per week). I am hoping to lose about 20 lbs, which I think is realistic. What say you?

Do you track it as aerobics, or what? I am not sure how to track how many calories I burned.

Do I need to add more calories?
Hey all - 5'5", 207 lbs, and doing 1200 calories a day (trying to, anyway) - I am worried eventually I will hit a plateau and not be able to drop any more calories without being starving all the time. Should I be taking in more than this, anyway? Pretty new to this, and I would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks!
