How do you track 30 Day Shred?

Do you track it as aerobics, or what? I am not sure how to track how many calories I burned.

    I did the first day a couple days ago and used a heart rate monitor. I did level 1 and even though it said it was a 20 minute workout, it lasted about 27 minutes and it showed I burned 206 calories during it. Just out of curiosity I use the circuit training general entry on the website to see how close it was, it showed 380 calories burned. The Aerobic general entry gave me 309 calories burned, so seems like the website might run a little high on the burn meter there. If you can, invest in a HRM, they will give you your most accurate calories burned! :D

    I tracked it as circuit training once I got to Level 2, and cut down the minutes entered to 20 minutes instead of 30. I did that because I was doing more reps than JM did. Sometimes I would pause the DVD to do a few more reps.
