Torn muscle in knee, need advice
I have a problem, last week roller skating I took a big fall. My knee is so screwed up I can't stand on it for more than a couple mins. I know I have to give myself sometime to heal. I don't want to stop exercising, Anyone have any good ideas about some cardio workouts I can do without hurting my knee?
