I'm new and looking for friends. I have a connective tissue disorder that makes it painful and sometimes dangerous to exercise. I have just begun a toning routine and some chair pilates. I'm looking for support and encouragement as well as ideas to stay fit.

Two NSV's in one day!

Impatience

Being laid up (knee surgery) and exercise.
I have a few ideas on what to do for exercise now that I'm laid up. I know that I could tone my arms and belly. I have a chair pilates routine, which is hard to do with one leg out straight. Any other ideas?

Sincere question about calorie intake...
MFP says that I am not eating enough although I eat around 1200 per day. I'm 5'3" 181 lbs. I have a goal of 130 lbs. Please keep in mind that I am mostly bed-ridden due to surgery.
