I seem to be at a plateau in my weight loss. I have been slowly but surely losing weight and have lost 50+ pounds in the last 2 years by cutting out bread, liquid calories, and overall eating less. Hello -- I have been using MFP for about a month and a half and have yet to see REAL progress. I started out weighing about 255/Height 5"5 (down to 254 if I'm lucky!) and have radically changed my diet/exercise routine. I eat about 1250 calories a day (more if I exercise).
