hello --
I'm lightly active
Just wondering if my carb/sugar/etc intake is okay.
Here's a normal day:
1100-1300 calories
50-60 sugars (mostly good, some bad)
140-150 carbs (some good, some bad)
40-50 fat (some good, some bad)
My protein is still on the low side, can't remember how much I intake a day.
Hopefully this is enough info. Thanks!

Protein is important if you want advice on your macros. I suggest changing your mindset of labeling macros as good or bad. None of this is able to be assessed without knowing height, weight, age, and activity level.0
