Lifting ladies (and gents) I need some help!
Due to a change in job I am looking to start working out at home rather than at the gym and need to get some kit. I need a squat rack with decent safety's/spotters (I work out alone) and it would be good to combine with a lat pull down feature as well as a weight bench. Should I have my protein drink/bar after lifting but before cardio or wait until after I've done the cardio too!! Thanks!

I am not looking to be able to bench press twice my own bodyweight, (yet  ) I just want to be able to gain some muscle and improve my body…

I generally eat between 1200 and 1300 cals, sometimes a little more but rarely eat back my exercise cals. I work out 3 times per week for 45mins to an 1hr (mostly cardio) and ride (horseback) for…
