Calories burned on HRM compared to MFP
Is there a way to quick add calories for exercises? My Polar FT4 shows that I am burning a lot more calories than MFP says I am. The only way I can think of doing it is adding extra time without creating a new exercise and manually putting in the calories burned per minute every time I exercise. Is there another way of…
