Calories and gym
My stats are 5'2 and I'm 147 pounds. Goal is 122 by July . I have about 1200 calories a day. At the gym I'll be doing about 30 minutes cardio then weights afterwards. Ive just joined a gym. binge eating
A year ago I was about 5lb away from goal. Since then I have put on a stone. I have major issues with binge eating.
