Hi, I just moved to LA from Monterey. I had lost a ton of weight and kept it off for years but a bad break up ruined my mental and physical health for many years and now I have to workout to get back to where I was. I have a membership to a gym, but am looking for a possible gym hang out person. Always open to new friends.

Ive heard some people on mfp claiming that cheese is bad. I get that it is full of fat and saturated fat to boot. Question: I am lactose intolerant, allergic to nuts and adverse to drinking my calcium via fake dairy. Is it ok to eat the cheese as long as it is within my calorie and fat goals? Lose inches at the bust & waist
hi all, I am trying to fit into a wedding dress. I have one year to lose several inches around my bust/waist area (mostly bust). I've always been a C or D cup, but I was hoping to get a little smaller around the band line. Does anyone know any exercises for that region? Much thanks, Callista

Carbs & Fiber
I am looking to alter my carb/protein/fat ratio, but I also want to make sure I am hitting my fiber goals. I am not interested in powders or psyllium husk cheats.
