I am looking to alter my carb/protein/fat ratio, but I also want to make sure I am hitting my fiber goals. I am not interested in powders or psyllium husk cheats. I generally add oat bran to my cereal and that is about as far as I go (I do add wheat bran to homemade whole wheat bread). Should I incoporate more beans? More greens? Or should I just leave it as is?

Berries like raspberries and blackberries the fuzzy ones have more fiber. One can buy them frozen out of season.0

If you want fibre without a ton of carbs add non starchy vegetables, cocoa, block creamed coconut, nuts or seeds. If you want fibre without a tin of fat use non starchy vegetables, low sugar fruits, beans or lentils.0

Add any whole, unprocessed plant food that you desire and fit your needs.0
