I have not lost weight nor inches can someone please help me
I have been counting calories for about three weeks now, and I still have not lost any weight. My start weight was 191lbs and I am now 188 lbs, but my body continously teeter totter between the 188 and191 lbs. I don't know what i'm doing wrong since I stay within my caloric limit and do omitt 100 calories- 200 calories…
