logging boiled egg whites
Hello, I am boiling some eggs and I only want to eat the whites and not the yolk. How do I correctly log this if I cant find it in the database?

Starting another round
After successfully losing 20 pounds and maintaining it for about a year (rarely logging during maintenance) I have decided to lose another 10-15 pounds and are looking for friends to help keep me accountable :) Feel free to shoot me a request.

Seems like A Lot of Cals
Back on this site after losing and maintaining a 20 pound loss for the past 7 months or so. Decided to lose another 10 pounds to get under 200 and MFP put me at a 2200 cal goal for a 1 pound per week weight loss. I feel like this is a lot of cals to get close to so my question is should I hit the 2200 or lower it some?

Finally determined to start
This week I joined MyFitnessPal determined to start my weight loss journey. I would love some friends to keep me motivated and I would love to motivate people aswell. I am 19 years old and currently in between semesters at my local college so I am going to use this time to do something useful with all my free time.

Since exercise cals are an estimate
Hello I am new here and was wondering since exercise cals are an estimate should I underlog them for a little more accurracy. For example using an exercise bike for an hour and only logging 45 mins and so on.
