Lost a lot, gained a lot....
And losing again. Unfortunately after losing a lot (151) I gained a lot back(87). I tried several times to get back at it only to fail. Well, today is day 91 of being back at it. Roughly three months and feel I'm officially back in the game. Time to come out of hiding. I got 5 more lbs to lose to get back in the 100lb…

Just trying to lose a few.....
and by a few I mean about 65lbs. I know this is a great site and fugure it's better to be active for the support, encouragment and motivation. Just started the C25K and will add some weight training as well. Hopefully even make a few friends along the way. Matt

Lifting routine for a lunch hour
Based on my work/life schedule the only time I have to workout is during my lunch hour. I'm doing the c25k program three day a week and would like a full body workout for the three other days. Anyone doing any full body workouts that last roughly an hour? Thanks in advance. Matt
