HELP, WHY AM I SOOOOO TIRED????
I workout either early mornings or late evenings for about 90-130 minutes each time either running, walking, or Zumba (sometimes a combo of 2 or all 3). I rest for 20-30 min then I shower. After the shower I am SUPER TIRED!!!! I can hardly hold my eyes open. I eat before I workout, nothing big but I need a little something…
