I did have my iron checked & I am very very low. I am severe anemic among other things but that is the main reason I am so tired & cold all the time... Thanks for the help everyone

I am 38 Mother of 1.. 18 yr old. I have been on & off of MFP for a while now & I am starting over since the doctor told me because of my family medical history I need to drop at least 20 lbs for health reason.... Add me if you like... & anyone else that has commented can also feel free to add me :smile:

Thanks, I needed that too. I have never been emotional or touchy feely I guess. I dont need constant reassurance but he does I guess. It doesnt help that our schedules have changed so we never get to see each other.

Thanks, I am glad I am not alone. I am really depressed because of it but I am not going to quit. I feel bad but I am not going to let this stop me. I deserve to be at a healthy weight & feel good about myself & put on clothes I feel comfortable in.

At least 1500 to 1700 on the days you exercise maybe more depending on how much exercise you do

A family member who could really benefit from this site but refuses to use it said to me, "Welll Miss Skinny, if you lose anymore weight you will blow away!!!" I too am still in the OVERWEIGHT BMI range.... Seriously???? Blow away????? Come on!!!! My husband said it's just jealously & trying to get you to stop bettering…

If I start reading a comment & it turns out to be a bash, I stop & move on. This is a support site to learn from each other & help each other. Like the people who bash & correct those who *misspeell* words or do not use correct grammer. This isn't English class...

Bump! I feel your pain. Last year I worked out constantly tried to eat right for months & I felt like never saw any change with my body or weight change. So I have been off and on with MFP. even when I wasnt tracking I tried to watch what I ate. I have 25 lbs to lose & seriously need encouragement/ pointers to help me…

I keep it by my side. I use MFP on my phone & I have a lot of different exercise and fitness apps I use while working out.

It does for me too. I changed shoes & it still didnt help. I tried putting my weight on my heels but nothing helps. I just deal with it...

I agree, my sister is the former "Fat Girl" & a guy used to tease her & be mean to her & she hated him & he hated her.... UNTIL she stuck to her goal.... now they are happily married!

I have already been on this for over a month now.... I am scared to weigh scared that number hasnt gone down any.... So with that being said I AM IN!!!! But should I weigh tonight, log it & start over tomorrow or just keep going?
