Heyyy guys :)
I have Zumba game for the Wii and i was just wondering if any body knew how many calories you can burn whilst doing it ?
i am soo curious!

    apparently there is a Zumba "calories calculator" online, i'm sure if you google it you'll find it. Not sure if works for the Wii Game or if it's just or the classes, I know on the exercise data base there is something on there about Wii games, not sure if that would count but you can check???

    VICTORY! I found it!! http://www.zumbacalories.com/ it says it works for the games for XBox and Wii as well as the classes. It gives you an intensity indicator and then you put in your weight, how long you worked out for and intensity and it'll tell you how many calories you burned. I'll be keeping this book marked, I'm going for a Zumba class on Saturday morning at my local gym

    zumbacalories.com I am so glad there is a calorie counter. I just got Zumba for the Wii a couple days ago. I don't have a HRM yet!

    I have just been on to the Zumba Calories website where there is a calculator there were you put in your weight and how long you it it for. not too sure if this is right but it said that for my wieght (189lbs) for a 20 min session i would have burnt 225 calories. Thanks for the advice on what website to go on to :) x
