I'd like to recommend a documentary I just watched last week. "Hungry for Change" it is on Netflix now. I'm definitely taking much of it into consideration when I am buying food. I've always cooked from scratch but when buying meat and produce I'm reading labels much more carefully!

Weight training splits
I just changed my splits. My new break down Day 1: Legs, focus on quad; Day 2: Chest/Tri; Day 3: Back/Biceps; Day 4: Legs, focus on ham; Day 5: shoulders; Then repeat.
