Holiday Hours

I like to work out throughout the week at my local gym... but these holiday hours are killing me. I'm a nurse and I work the holidays so by the time I get off work and get home the gym is closed. I can work out at home have enough equipment but it's just not the same I don't feel as sore. I'm in the midst of a bulk and I need my free weights, squat racks and all that jazz. I'm so ready for the holiday season to be over and get my grove back. How is everyone else coping with these horrible hours?

  • Yep, I typically work out and take classes at my works gym and the holiday hours are terrible (like closing at 2pm). Seriously?! So basically I have been keeping up my running, but have let my strength slide for the past week or so. I'm ready to get back to normal, but not looking forward to being sore for slacking.
  • At least you have your running... My cardio has been suffering since November, I am going to be hurting when I start leaning.
