After 18 months I'm back at it again. I lost 42 lbs in 2013 and I have gained 40 lbs back over the last 18 months. I'm back at it and this time I hope I can change for good. If anyone wants to add me as friends please do, I'd like to share the support.
I watched a documentary called "Fat Sick and Nearly Dead" about a juicing fast. So I broke out the old juicer this morning just to juice breakfast, then I juiced lunch. I'm feeling pretty good after the two meals and thinking of giving it a try. Has anyone had any experience with this?

My blood pressure seemed to get high out of nowhere Dr. told me to loose weight and reduce sodium, no more than 2 grams a day and a 2000 calorie a day diet. If I don't get the BP down I'll have to go on pills........ Hope the new diet helps...
