Just starting Turbo Jam
Hi All, I just got Turbo Jam and my first workout will be today. I'm starting the Beginner cycle with the Learn & Burn. I just moved back home from Seattle, WA in March and since being home in MT I have let myself get too comfortable and for sure packed on an additional 15 lbs! Yuk!
