Just starting Turbo Jam

Hi All,

I just got Turbo Jam and my first workout will be today. I'm starting the Beginner cycle with the Learn & Burn. I just moved back home from Seattle, WA in March and since being home in MT I have let myself get too comfortable and for sure packed on an additional 15 lbs! Yuk! I am 195 lbs and my ULTIMATE goal weight is 145. I thought Turbo Jam might help. Any advice for starting? I'm worried about not being coordinated enough and failing before I even give it a chance. Any motiviation, inspirations and tips are welcome and needed! THANKS!

    Hi there! I started it ALLL with Turbo Jam many years ago. Chalene is an awesome trainer, her workouts are the most fun of all the Beachbody coaches. If you've ever done any kind of aerobics class before, you will be just fine - even better if you have ever taken any martial arts. Stick with it, because you'll love her so much you end up buying ALL the Turbo sets! Good luck!
