Multivitamin - VGF+25 for Women
Has anyone tried this? I've heard it's a really good multivitamin, and helps keep your energy up. I just wanted to get some opinions/info before I purchased.

Does anybody have any recipes (hopefully even crockpot recipes?!) that could replace the "lean cuisine" style lunches? How much sleep?
How much sleep do each of you get? I feel like since I've started eating better and working out more, I HAVE to have at least 8 hours of sleep. Healthy, Substantial Snack before Workout
I would like to workout right after I get home from work, before dinner. But I'm having an issue with being really hungry at that time. Does anybody have a suggestion of a healthy snack I could eat around 5, so that I don't get light-headed or feel sick while I'm working out? Thanks!

Sugar
Does/should natural sugar apply to your sugar allowance? Mine says I should have 33 g of sugar per day, but when I tracked a small apple today, it said it had 11 grams of sugar in it. If I am eating a lot of fruits and veggies throughout the day, I'll definitely go over the sugar allowance. Does anyone have any advice?

First 5K?
Is anybody else out there training for their first 5K? I'm just starting... planning on doing it in April with some friends. I'm a little (OK a lot) nervous that I won't be able to keep up! Right now, I'm walking 3 miles, 3 times per week. I haven't added in any running yet.
