I have a question on the honey... I looked up "unpasteurized wild flower honey", and it says unpasteurized honey is unheated honey, and that heating it destroys the "enzymes, propolis, vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants, minerals, and aromatics" - so would it be just the same to use commercial honey in the tea? I want to…

Well I'm glad to see that everybody either gets 8 hours of sleep, or WISHES they got 8 hours of sleep :) I guess I still miss my days from college when 6 hours of sleep felt like a lifetime!

I also am doing my first 5K this spring (April)! I have been trying to walk 3.1 miles 4-5 times a week. I am going to add faster walking/some running each week. I did C25K before (and also stopped doing it early!), but I like doing it this way better... I figure even if I'm not fast enough, at least I'll be VERY able to…
