I take a greens supplement daily, mostly because I have a relatively restrictive diet with being a figure competitor. That being said, I can't see why taking it wouldn't be beneficial to anyone.

The flip side, I checked out the "Athletic Greens" website, and the pricing is a rip-off. I take the Maximum Greens in tablet form from GNC and it's 1/3 of the price for the same thing. (I'm not sure where they got their numbers from on that website, but I compared ingredient to ingredient.) I know one of my competition sponsors also has a greens supplement that is a litte more expensive but still nowhere near $77/month. Check Pridenutrition.com

They're good. But I wouldn't get on their bad side.
