Hey, Can anyone help me as I'm new to MFP. I'm about to start Jillian Michaels 30 DS but don't know how many calories burned to add to my exercise diary. Do I add it or just use the extra exercise as a bonus, does is burn off the same as a 30 min swim. HELP!!!!
