according to my calculations I'm at 28% body fat, that is considered overweight. 26% is considered healthy, but I only have 5 more pounds to go and I don't think those 5 pounds are going to get me to 26% BF. So, I have 2.2 pounds until i get to my ultimate goal but i want a smaller waist, im currently at 30 inches. Should i keep losing weight or stay at my goal weight and just drop the body fat? I just dont know how to drop the body fat!
