How do I climb a wall...
Okay, I've done mud runs before.. and only at a woman's only mud run (pretty muddy) was i able to accomplish all the obstacles. I have at least one mud run scheduled this year, possibly two... and I would REALLY like to accomplish more then just being able to go under things. How do I start to climb walls. those 6ft tall…
