  • I started on the 16th. (I literally charging my phone as we speak so I can run off to do W1D3 right now) I have a mud run, and a quarter in Aug that I was going to walk... I'm hoping the C25K will help my lungs and stamina so that running will be more something I can do instead of a dream.

  • When first started going on paleo, I was told to take fish oil, a probiotic, and Vitamin C & D. Centrum makes a probiotic that you can sprinkle into your water or on your food. It has NO taste, and Its what I use.
  • Don't worry about getting it 100% all the time. If you do that, you will stress yourself out, and honestly wont stick to it. You have to give your self room to improve. Give your self a cheat day (just one - okay lets not get crazy here.) Cant afford organic chicken? Okay then get the rotisserie chicken... ball park it...…
  • Coconut Milk or Almond Milk would work. Make sure you get plain -- no 'flavoring' ... that's just the added sugar.
