Yummy Low/No Carb meals
For a challenge this week I'm not going to eat carbs after 5pm. Does anyone have any good suggestions for low (or practically no) carb dinners? I'm not a very adventurous cook and this could end up with me eating chicken and broccoli every night so a little culinary help would be wonderful! :)

An egg a day...
I eat an egg every morning. I can get 15 freerange eggs for £2.50 so it's cost efficient and it does keep me full 'til lunch. I eat the whole egg, yolk and all.
