I love smoked paprika and cayenne pepper on homemade baked sweet potato fries. No salt required (and very little oil). Chicken I will usually season with a little chilli and some lime, though it depends what kind of theme I'm going for. I'll pick up a new spice this week and try something a little different.

Hi everyone, I'm from Team 10 too! I'm kind of pleased we've moved over here to join as it gives me a kick to be more accountable again. I'm usually quite good at getting the exercise in, but I completely destroy all my hard work over the weekend with a rubbish diet (I eat waaay over calories and my weekend always starts…

I think you might want to skip town. Plato believes strongly in justice and it's likely that he will encourage you to be tried by the Philosopher Kings. You not losing weight is unlikely to be a defendable position...

Hi All, I'm sorry I've not been checking in. I've been pretty tired out this week and my diet has been terrible - well, my meals are fine but I can't stop snacking! I'm still getting through Easter chocolate... I want to get back on track this week. I want to go away somewhere for a weekend, but I have a goal of reaching a…

Accountable: 1: I've been getting in my exercise consistently, and I've even been finishing some Insanity workouts with another workout afterwards. 2: Logging my activity for the challenge, every week. 3: Trying new foods. I already eat quite a varied diet, but it tends to be the same meals each week. This has encouraged…

No weight loss for me again this week, but I did take my measurements (hips, waist, legs and arms) and I'm down 1cm everywhere so I'm happy with that. I'm on day 4 Insanity and I'm starting to remember why I hate the damn thing. :# Good luck with your first day tomorrow @SkinnyMelissa03172016 . You've got this! I haven't…

I'm really boring with my eggs compared to you guys, but I personally just like them poached with black pepper and topped on salmon. I might have to try some of your lovely recipes this week
-
Hi Melissa, great to have you on our team! When are starting Insanity? I was thinking about doing one of the workouts today, but I could start from the beginning today and we can keep each other motivated.

I had 'Irish Vegetable Stew' for lunch today at work - I'm not sure what made it particularly Irish, but it was healthy, low calorie and tasty so I guess that's fine. @zerlinna87 I've got my fingers crossed for you. Good luck. I hope you are feeling better soon!
-
@TangledThread you're dinners look lovely. I'm really impressed you've managed to fit all that under 500 calories. You are giving me some great inspiration. @shockvalue07 I'd say you are doing enough strength training for now as the challenges are more demanding in the later stages!

Day 14 - DONE Day 15- DONE Day 16 - Rest Day Day 17 - DONE

Sorry you're still feeling unwell @briwashington5 . It's great that you've still got so much exercise it though! No loss for me this week, but I definitely over ate at the weekend so I need to be more sensible this week. I also didn't get to the gym yesterday (I took my kit, but I left purse and gym card at home - doh!!),…

Day 13 - Done :)
-
I've just got back from a long walk/run and I'm exhausted, but I can put 180 mins in for today. Maybe slightly more by the end of the day as I still have squat and arm challenges to do. Good luck everyone else! Last chance to push hard :)
-
I completely messed up the nutritional yesterday & Thurs with sugar and white flour! Every day has had an element of Greek food though (dinner was moussaka with a side of spinach yesterday and tonight we're thinking chicken souvlaki). I've done 40 mins circuits this morning and I'm aiming on getting some more activity in…
-
Done! I've just had some hummus and wholemeal pitta for lunch for my Greek fix.
-
Spin and Fight Klub completed today. Still have to fit my squats in though. I'm not going to be sticking to the nutritional challenge today as I'm making a lamb curry and I love naan or chapattis with it. I'm sorry to hear you are unwell @Buzymomof_3. I hope you feel better with the antibiotics.

Not sure about good any good Ab Workouts on YouTube, but I'd be interested in answers to that. I've done the squats and arms. I'm going to the gym in the morning for Spinning followed by Fight Klub, so I should get a good burn there. If anyone has any good abs ideas I might tag that on once i get home.

Day 2 done for both!

How is everyone getting on with the dance (if your doing it)? I just had 4 runs through it and I think I've got it. I'm very uncoordinated though, so I flail at bit. Arms done, squats rest day. Only walking today for exercise and I'm still really sore from my weekend activities. I have Thurs and Fri off though, so I'll be…

526 for your pizza? Wow, after I've eaten my 'share' of my favourite pizza I can rack up nearly 2000 cals... It depends on the affect of pizza on you - when I eat pizza I always bloat and hold lots of water. You might not, depending on how it's made/how much you eat, etc. But don't judge the scale on a day-by-day basis as…

Day 1 arm & dumbell challenge complete!

Pork Souvlaki with homemade tzatziki for dinner. I did want wholemeal pittas but the local was out, so rice or quinoa will go along with that and some lettuce leaves. No sugar or white flour today :)
-
Day 6 yesterday, day 7 today = complete. Legs are ready for a rest day!
-
Monday - Accountability completed (though I will continue to post on friends status's regardless) :)
-
@shockvalue07 I always think when your day starts rough it can actually be more rewarding at the end of the day knowing that you succeeded despite feeling rubbish. You've got this! I haven't planned my workout yet for this evening. I think I'll pick one of the xbox fitness workouts or a DVD this evening. I'll post up my…

Okay, so I either have each of you as a friend or I've sent a friend request through. I'm just back from a 3 mile run & 10 mile walk. It's a pity the challenge starts tomorrow, as I've managed to clock more than 256mins of exercise over this weekend. But I've started as I mean to go on... It's been very cold here…

Okay, I'm going to give all roadblocks a go. I love Greek food (essentially lamb and tzatziki), so I think that part should be easy. I'm guessing practicing the dance routine does count to the miles too?

I've completed day 5. I felt the burn in my run today!
