In case the picture fails or you still can not find it: Each number below is number of squats in a day. Space is a new day. An X is symbol for a day of rest. In order the month looks like:

70 75 80 x
100 105 110 x
130 135 140 x
150 155 160 x
180 185 190 x
200 225 230 x
240 250 done
If 50 is too many to start with, do what you can and build with a similar pattern.
