How to run a support group

Hi All,
As part of one of my work initiatives this year, I've been asked to run a Health Weight Support Group. Whilst I am happy to do this as I have a keen interest in fitness and diet, I'm also a bit unsure of how to take it forward.
I've never been to a Weight Support Group so I don't know what tends to happen. I'm not qualified in nutrition so all the advice I would be providing will be from the NHS and British Nutrition Foundation. With that said, generally speaking people know what they should be doing and struggling with the actual doing when it comes to weight loss, so I do want to try and motivate them.
As the first sessions will start next week I thought I would do a meet and greet with them all, ask about their goals and what they've tried before, and then measure them on the body composition scales for a breakdown of their starting stats. Then just generally explain what each of the results mean (visceral fat rating, body fat rating, BMI, etc).
Other than that I'm not sure what else to do, especially in subsequent meetings. Does anyone have any tips or give me a bit of an insight on what usually happens in these types of groups?
Thank you.
