question about eating.
okay so here is my problem. even since i was little i would go though phases on where i would eat alot to phases i almost eat nothing. now i am at the point where i eat alot now. yes i am eating healthy but im eating more and more often. anyone else has this problem? if so how do you deal with it?

streching question
I notice today when I was working out that my hips were really tight any good way to stretch them out? also I had knee surgury so i have a week knee any low impact work outs but still get the results as squats? feel free to add me!:smile:
