My Smoothies

I love smoothies i use fresh fruit i get at the local farmers market so i know it is fresh and i never use frozen fruit unless it is the ones i freeze. i make my own juice such as apple,orange or lemons then i blend everything together sometimes if i am in a rush i throw my vitamins in there too. if i drink it before i go to the gym i mix in my protien powder. i have to flavor powers a chocolate or mocah and a fuirty one of some sort. if i need a kick of energy i blend ice,coffe and powder for my morning coffee it doesnt have the best taste but it does the trick. i was obsessed with enegery drinks for a while so i switched to this and it feels so much better.
