Hello, I've started week 4. I love this site. It helps me hold myself accountable. I enter everything I eat. I go to the gym 4 to 5 days a week. Going on three weeks. Feels great. Going to them gym 4 days a week at least. I have traked my food everyday. I find this helps hold me more accountable.
