I love mangoes also when they are in season. Come summer we have mango several times a week. I cut it up with other fruit and make a fruit salad. My family loves this.

We have a breakfast dinner once a week. However I do not eat dinner for breakfast. Sounds like one way of mixing things up so you do not get used to a pattern. Good luck

Breakfast for dinner tonight. Weight Watcher Buttermilk pancakes that melt in your mouth, sugar free syrup and 2 turkey sausage. We do breakfast dinner at least once a week. This is a favorite at our house.

My goal is 140 also. Would love to be lower, but I think 140 is more realistic for me. I'd love to weigh 115, that's what I weighed in high school. I think once i reach 140, I will go for more. Good luck to everyone.

I use Muscle Mik Light, Strawberry flavor on the days I do weights. It takes really good and is mixed with cold water. Good luck to you.

I drink Coke Zero also. It's the best. But I have 1 per day if I want. Then it's after I have had at least 4 glasses of water. I enjoy it with my lunch on most days. I used to drink alot more and am working on cutting out diet soda all together. Water is the way to go.

You should be able to track the order from the email they sent you. I ordered this on Thursday and should have it Tuesday or Wednesday according to the FEDEX site using their tracking number. Hope this helps.

I weigh every morning myself, just to monitor the scale moving in the right direction. However I only enter the weight once a week into the system. Good luck to you.

Hi, I'm 5'4' and 180 pounds. I started in January and I'm loving it. I go to the gym 4 days a week for 90 minutes of cardio and weights. I am feeling great. I've lost 5 pounds. I'm sorry to hear what you are going thru. Myself I do take depression medicine that helps me greatly. I also suffer from muscular neuroapthy (spelling). This limits the use of my legs below my knee. The eliptical machine is great. I do that 30 to 60 minutes a day. Along with walking to get 90 minutes.

I too use the recipe builder for all my favorite family recipies. It works great.
