Breakfast for dinner tonight. Weight Watcher Buttermilk pancakes that melt in your mouth, sugar free syrup and 2 turkey sausage. We do breakfast dinner at least once a week. This is a favorite at our house.0

I had whole grain banana pancakes with just a drizzle of syrup. Everybody else in the house had regular blueberry pancakes.0

We had sushi around 3:30 for an early dinner since we were out....If I get hungry later I still have cals for something! and it was sooooooooooooo yummy!!0

Made a homemade chicken and orange peppers pizza on sun-dried tomato flatbread. With a bowl of mixed fruit (kiwi, grapefruit, blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries) on the side. Fairly tasty.0

I made black bean veggie burgers and sweet spicy sweet potato chips. It was my first time making the veggie burgers and it was pretty tasty...got both recipes off All Recipes website.0

Home made onion/garlic roast pork loin and baked sweet potato. My guy had a fully loaded regular baked potato with his pork.0

Some delicious ideas here. I did my grocery shopping today and got a chicken on sale, so into the oven it went! I had roasted chicken with herbs and roasted zucchini, red pepper and onion. It was delicious.0

Grilled pork loin chop with 50g of apple sauce + half a BIG carrot steamed with honey in the microwave + 100g of frozen peas, corn and carrot (because I forgot to buy beans at the shop) + 1 small baked potato w/ Italian herbs.
And two crepes with berries and cream for dessert ... mmmmm0 -

We had burritos last night and there was some mince leftover, so I sauteed a chopped shallot, some carrot, and a couple of chestnut mushrooms, before adding eh meat, and half a jar of leftover tomato pasta sauce. Oh and some chopped garlic stuffed green olives. I had a real carb-crving day today, so I cooked 4 handfuls of wholewheat fusili. That lot was 2 good portions, so I'll have the rest for lunch tomorrow.0

Brinner! Eggs and hash browns. Maybe some bacon since I have the cals for it. Tomorrow's dinner is more exciting: lentil loaf and a roasted mix of potatoes and carrots.0
