Going on three weeks. Feels great. Going to them gym 4 days a week at least. I have traked my food everyday. I find this helps hold me more accountable. I also love it after I have finished my day, what my potential weight could be in 5 weeks. Gives me more drive to work harder. Want to be in better shape for golf. Thank you
