I just found this group last night and decided to join. I am however almost done. Today was a big day for me. Week 7 day 1 - 20 minutes straight running. I did it with relative ease. I am amazed at the improvement in my cardiovascular endurance since starting this program. 5 more runs until I graduate :smile: , yay me!!
