Just joined and am just popping in to say hi. I have read some people's success stories and find great inspiration in them. I am hoping to be able to lose 40-50lbs and contribute to those success stories.. No set time line and I plan on just exercising and eating healthy. I just don't want to set myself up for failure. I am married with 2 boys (a 2 yr old and a 9mth old).
