Would like to drop 5 lbs by next Sunday. Help!
Hello! I am new to the group :) I have a question regarding my next goal weight. I'd like to drop 4-5 lbs by next Sunday. My body has a REALLY hard time dropping weight. I eat a clean diet and train 5-6x a week for 1 hour. I do 30-40 mins of cardio and 20-30 mins lifting. I am currently 5'4 and 145 lbs. My next 5 week goal…
