Carbs? I'm Lost.
Can someone tell me how many carbs, roughly, should be on the daily goal. Right now MFP has mine at 6.5% of my calorie intake. It seems too low to me. Any help?

I've had a pair of body fat calipers for awhile, but I was just wondering what everyone does to measure their body fat?

I need help with the MFP app
Am I wrong or does this app not count calories burned from strength training, i.e. lifting weights. I'm looking at my summary report and it only takes off calories for cardio items, which doesn't make sense.

I'm am a huge huge huge music fan. I love listening to albums...not just songs. Every time I google what music people listen to int he gym all I ever get is a band that just screams, BORING! I listen to a lot of Kanye West in the gym. What's everyone's favorite tunes?
