Can someone tell me how many carbs, roughly, should be on the daily goal. Right now MFP has mine at 6.5% of my calorie intake. It seems too low to me. Any help?

Whatever works for you.
Most people seem to use the 40/30/30 split for their macros - 40% carbs, 30% fat & 30% protein. It's a pretty good starting point and you can always tweak it if you want.0 -
It really depends what your goals are. Try looking in to the Paleo or Keto diet.
I've done keto in the past and reached my goal relatively fast (4-5 months) and it's a low carb, high fat and protien diet.

If you research Keto make sure it's Keto for FAT LOSS and not the Keto for Epileptics. It's a completely different diet.0
