Liquid Diet
Hi All! So I have just had spacers put in so it is very hard for me to really chew anything right now. I have been able to eat eggs and grits but everything else has been really hard to handle. Any tips or tricks or recipes for this time in my life would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much

Doesn't want to come off!!
I am working out 5 to 6 days a week and eating about 1200 to 1300 calories and day but the scale wont move what am I doing wrong. I eat very healthy no dairy (messes with my tummy). I do Zumba, Run/Walk and lift weights. Is there something I am missing? Thanks for your help

The scale won't budge
I am very very frustrated right now. I have been working out and eating right and done well so far but I have hit a wall. I am stuck and I have changed things and the number stays the same. Any help or encouragement would be greatly appreciated. :frown:
