How to log cross fit workout

Just need some help on how to figure out how many calories I burn during cross fit work out. Thank you

Because crossfit changes up the workouts, it's going to vary constantly. Generally, you will either be doing weight lifting, circuit training, or aerobics.
You cam use a hrm to estimate, but beware that a hrm will not provide even remotely accurate calorie burns when lifting weights, or circuit training. or taking breaks between aerobic workouts.

You might try choosing a general aerobic workout but crossfit is one of those activities that can be all over the place with respect to calories burned. I'd strongly suggest underestimating rather than overestimating calories. After a few weeks, see if your weight loss is in line with where it should be based on the calories you've been entering. If you're losing more then you can enter more calories for it. If you're losing less, then enter less calories.1
