Anyone try the"Insulin Resistance Diet"? If so, what are/were your results?
Went through drawers and closets yesterday to get rid of all the clothes that are too big and "hiding" my results. Now, what to do with the empty drawers and closet space??? <blink, blink> :)
I have shrunk from size 18 to size 16. Problem is, I'm in-between a 16 misses and 16W and I'm TALL! I'm desparate to find dress clothes for work as I'm down to about 3 pair of slacks that fit!
