Hello!! I am looking for help calculating my Macros. I am 35 and a first grade teacher I don’t have a ton of time to put into working out but I do cardio 2-3 times a week for 45 minutes. I am trying to squeeze in some free weight and body weight exercises. I am 5’6 and 182 lbs. I would like to drop 12-17 lbs. Any help…

Snacking
Based on a 1400 calorie diet about what percentage of my calories should be snacks? I am a Major snacker. I was noticing in the past that I can easily snack away over 30% of my calories. Is that normal? I lost about 70 lbs and over the last year I have gained 20 back. I'm super disappointed and NEED to get back on track.

Fitbit, jawbone, garmin...?!? So may to choose from what do you all suggest?
