Hello!! I am looking for help calculating my Macros. I am 35 and a first grade teacher I don’t have a ton of time to put into working out but I do cardio 2-3 times a week for 45 minutes. I am trying to squeeze in some free weight and body weight exercises. I am 5’6 and 182 lbs. I would like to drop 12-17 lbs. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Macros don't matter as much as your calorie deficit. If you're not losing weight it's because you're eating too much.2

Just set your goals here on the guided setup to "Lose 1/2 pound per week." It will calculate your macros for you.
A half pound is realistically all you can safely target at your weight. Unless you have some reason to change your macros (like a medical reason) then the default macros of 50C 30F 20F work fine. Some people like 40 30 30, but keep it simple.2
